Kathleen graduated from the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Kathleen’s treatment style reflects her athletic background with an emphasis on fascial treatments, swedish massage, and trigger point release. However, she enjoys adapting her treatments to fit individual needs. Kathleen believes it’s never too late to start working on an active, balanced lifestyle. She played competitive beach volleyball for over 15 years and in her spare time she enjoys working out, hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She has completed her degree in Health Science through Thompson Rivers University and has taken continuing education in fascial manipulation and Iyengar yoga therapies.

Sara is an Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 2 decades of experience, both locally and internationally. She graduated her massage therapy training with honours from Kikkawa College in Toronto, and went on to complete a 6 year Osteopathic training program through The Canadian School of Osteopathy.
She is currently an active member, in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) and Society for the promotion of Manual Practice Osteopathy (OBC).

Justin is a graduate from the 3000 hour massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster (2011) and is also an active member, in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC).
He has also completed the 6 year Osteopathic program through Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO) and is an Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP).

Justin was born in Calgary, AB and lived in the Philippines for 6 years and moved to Penticton, BC for high school. He currently calls Vancouver, BC home. He is an avid adventure seeker and enjoys traveling and hunting down top cafes and restaurants. He also enjoys multi-day hikes & camping. He has hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro, West Coast Trail, Ladakh Himalayas, Juan De Fuca trail, Howe Sound Crest trail, Sunshine Coast trail, Mt Sinai, and the tallest sand dune in Gobi desert to name a few.
As an advocate for the arts, and a classically trained singer and pianist, Justin has previously performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City, Chan Centre, & Orpheum.
